Welcome to my website!
I have been taking photographs for about 25 years. As an enthusiastic birdwatcher, I started photography mostly as a part of my birdwatching trips. Over the years, I have put more and more focus on photography itself. My work is a search for form, light, rhythm and harmony. Often motivated by the unique beauty of nature and landscapes.
Sharing my work with others gives me a lot of satisfaction and is an essential part in the creative process. Therefore I started my own website.
I hope you enjoy viewing it and I invite you to give your reactions on a picture by clicking on ‘ info & comments’ or sending me an email: hermanvansteenwijk@gmail.com.
